王月山，男，1962年12月生，河南焦作人，博士，教授。1984年7月毕业于河南师范大学数学专业，1987年9月至1990年7月在山东曲阜师范大学数学系攻读基础数学专业研究生，2003年8月至2006年7月在中国工程物理研究院攻读应用数学专业博士学位。
